Our Promise
We stand behind our work. If a tattoo heals unevenly due to normal variation in skin or an issue with our application, we will make it right at no charge. We are a family studio — your satisfaction matters to us personally.
Your tattoo must be fully healed before a touch-up — minimum 6 weeks, ideally 8–12 weeks. The tattoo needs to complete the full healing cycle before we can assess what needs to be corrected. Do not contact us about touch-ups before 6 weeks.
We offer one free touch-up session within 6 months of your original appointment if the tattoo healed with issues that were caused by our application — such as patchy shading, ink fallout in areas where aftercare was followed correctly, or lines that are uneven.
Touch-ups required due to improper aftercare, picking or peeling, sun damage, excessive fading from lifestyle factors, or changes in the client's skin are charged at our standard hourly rate. Touch-ups on work done by other studios are treated as new tattoos.
Certain placements are known to fade or require touch-ups by nature — hands, fingers, feet, inner lip, and heavily flexed areas. Fading in these areas is expected and touch-ups are not complimentary. This is discussed during consultation so there are no surprises.
Certain colors — especially white, light pastels, and some reds — may require a touch-up after full healing as they can appear different on different skin tones. One touch-up for color settling is included at no charge within 6 months when aftercare has been followed.
All work by Eric, Mousie, and Roo is supervised and reviewed by Pelon. Touch-up policy for apprentice work follows the same guidelines — one complimentary session within 6 months for application issues. Pelon may personally review and complete touch-ups on apprentice work.
